The cream twill dress works now with flat sandals and bare legs. In October, put a fine knit over the top, add tights and ankle boots, and it becomes a completely different dress.
The burgundy poplin midi is the same story. Right now it is a summer-evening dress, and with a leather jacket and boots it is an autumn one.
The chocolate brown jeans work immediately with the butter yellow halter, which is a combination I did not expect to like and genuinely do.
The satin ballet flats are the piece that pins an outfit to a season. They read spring and summer, so wear them now rather than saving them.
The romper is the only piece here with a short window. Wear it while it is warm, because it will not layer.

How Does H&M Sizing Run?
H&M runs small, and it runs inconsistently between categories. That is the single most useful thing to know before ordering.
Dresses and fitted tops usually need one size up from your normal size. The poplin dress and the jersey halter both fall into this.
Denim runs closer to true to size but the mom fit is cut generously through the hip. If you are between sizes in jeans, take the smaller one.
Shoes are reliably true to size, which is the one category you can order confidently.
Structured pieces like the twill dress are less forgiving than the crinkled or jersey ones. If you are between sizes there, size up.

If you already own black strappy heels, skip the stiletto sandals. They are a good basic and they are not different enough to justify a second pair.
The satin mules are a trend piece rather than a wardrobe piece. Buy them because you want them now, not as an investment.
And skip anything that only works in one temperature range if your budget is limited. The cream twill dress and the brown jeans give you far more wears per pound.

H&M does restock some items, but it is unpredictable and it usually takes weeks. Treat a sold-out size as gone rather than waiting.
If something is sitting in your basket in your size, that is the moment. The dresses go first, then shoes, then denim.
Sale stock behaves differently again. End-of-season markdowns will not restock at all.
